Notes on accommodation: The apartment sleeps 5 people maximum; the Master Bedroom has a super-king bed, can be convert to two singles, there is also has a cuddler chair bed, with patio doors to a Juliet balcony. Bedroom two has two single beds, can also be made into a king size bed, patio doors to ample sized terrace with a double rattan sun lounger. Both bedrooms have 32’ TV/DVD. There are two newly fitted bathrooms, the family bathroom has a bath/shower, with double sink vanity units and the en suite has a luxury spider shower. The living area has a modern contemporary feel with an open plan well-equipped kitchen with an induction hob, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine and breakfast bar. The lounge area has a 42’ Plasma with free view channels/sky box, Apple TV with a wide selection or films & a Bose dock for music. The lounge opens to a large sun terrace with rattan cube furniture ideal with relaxing and al fresco dining. Broadband & AC are both available for a small charge. Outside: The small block of apartments is entered via a wrought iron gate with a few stairs leading up to the front door of the apartment, located on the Ru Das Acacias, a very quiet tree lined one-way road. The rear of the property overlooks the mature gardens. There is a small children’s play park just 3-4 minutes away. The area is very quiet and peaceful but very safe and monitored by security 24 hours a day. The Tennis Academy is just 5 minutes walk away there is a swimming pool, cafe, bar and restaurant. Facilities also include a gym, sauna, massage, internet access and 14 tennis courts (local charge applies). Barrington's 5 star health club/spa is also just 4-5 minutes away, facilities include outdoor and indoor pools, gym, spa, sauna, jacuzzi (local charges applies).
